My Workout Routine
When I do my workout routine I put maxium effort into every rep or atleast try too. I excrise three days a week and rest four days. I do a vaition of weighted cailisthics and kettlebell excrises I also pratice Muay Thai three times a week and I go on runs as well. I want my body and mind to be ready for the wrost.
My Meals
Okay guys hontetly your boy has no money max I spend on food on a bais weekly not incluced take out is about $400. Mind you I dont be buying some bs like choclate milk and hot poctocks. I stick too my beef, rice, lentils or black beans, and steamed brocolli with carrots. I drink my protein shakes whenever I can thru out the day almond milk, greek yogurt, whay protein powder, protein oats, peanut butter, one banana. I always be throwing in some palatnos mas maduros or if I dont have any just a banana on the side I dont care what anyone says my dominicanos know what am talking about shout my dominicanos. I eat a kiwii, bananas, pomnagrattes, oranges, and fire fuirts. As an American tho I do eat a burger a day that is ture I just feel like you cant go wrong with a burger like from In and out or if you find yourself in the IE around Ontario and Chino a burger joint called Carrie Out my god 10 stars rating some of the best burgers out there. Thats if am out and about but my gf homecooks some burgers sometimes and god dam they are some of best burgers I have ever eaten 100/10, but yeah a burger a day the American way. Im really trying to cut out all types of soda so I always have a water bottle on me gotta stay hydrated or some orange juice I will pour orange juice down my gulet tho that shit does not last a day in the fridge with me. I cut out alot of cheese out my deit because my gf is lactosse intelorent so I dont fuck with cheese at all pizza no cheese is where am at unless its fried tho that just hits different. I goingnto makw a whole blog post anout this but I will drop the meal plan for the week of dishes I eat.
